Step1: Our manufacturing process starts with strict quality control and specific steps to make sure our fields are in peek conditions throughout the year. No chemicals, fertilizers or pesticides are in our fields or plants. Our teams of professional’s are educated to understand our goals and strict processing methods as well as each specific step. There job is to check the fields and watch for maturity, leaf size and color of the plants.
Our harvesting process starts with the hand removal of the inner Aloe fillet from the leaf within 60 minutes of harvest. Our Aloe is Certified Organically grown Aloe Vera L. (var. Barbadenis). Processing begins immediately after the leaf has been harvested.
Step 2: Approximately 8 gallons of fresh Aloe Vera is needed for 1 bottle of A.M.P. Floracel® Capsules and Powder.
Step 3: Our laboratory's special proprietary process separates the Aloe Mucilaginous Polysaccharide (AMP) Molecules from the rest of the Aloe Vera gel which leaves the plants natural irritants and Anthraquinones behind to be discarded. The desired A.M.P. molecules (the healing orchestrators) are retained.
Step 4: Our laboratory's unique proprietary process removes the remaining moisture and stabilizes the A.M.P. molecules in dry powder form.
Step 5: The final result is the highest concentration of Aloe Mucilaginous Polysaccharide (A.M.P.) molecules available in the industry today. A.M.P. Floracel® has the best Aloe for three reasons: Specific growing methods, strict harvesting methods and our unique proprietary process.
