If you wish to order by a check and fax, please consider a money order instead as we will have to wait for a check to clear before shipping the AMP Floracel products.  This will take 10 business days (or 2 weeks) for your check to be cleared before we can actually ship the product.

If you wish to send a check or preferably a money order (they are cheap from 7-11 and the Post Office these days), follow these 3 steps.

1.  Print out the Order by Check and Order by Fax form here.

2.  Fill out the order form and send a check or money order to the address on the form.

3.  You can optionally fax in the credit card info for your order.

Note: Please allow 10 business days (14 days) to process checks, credit cards and money orders are sent immediately upon receiving them.
