If you are returning product, please ensure that it is mailed via SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION method.

Refused Shipments:

Packages that have been shipped and refused, will not be issued a refund unless authorized and subject to shipping charges.

Any unopened bottle of AMP FLORACEL™ with the safety seal intact, original invoice, may be returned within 90 days of purchase for a refund. Opened product bottle cannot and will not be accepted for refund.

Due to the inability to monitor usage, consistency and procedure, AMP FLORACEL™, can make no assurances or guarantees as to the level of effectiveness of any product for any individual in relationship to any particular time frame. Customer acknowledges and accepts this policy upon purchase.
