Chronic Fatigue Syndrome:
What is Chronic Fatigue Syndrome?
Chronic Fatigue Syndrome is a complex disorder that affects
the brain and the body's process to work. Chronic fatigue has
no clear cause, and very few treatment methods. It is a very
complicated illness.
You may have Chronic Fatigue Syndrome if you feel flu like
symptoms such as: over-tired, headaches, muscle or joint
tenderness, or just feeling weak. Chronic fatigue can last for
years.
What Causes Chronic Fatigue?
Doctors have not established a cause for Chronic Fatigue
syndrome because of the lack of knowledge of the illness.
Studies have shown that it could be triggered by the way your
body deals with everyday issues such as extreme stress,
feeling exhausted infections, lack of nutrients, food
sensitivity, low blood pressure, low sugar, and inflammation
in the nervous system. But nothing has been scientifically
proven.
Chronic Fatigue Syndrome can make you feel muscle soreness,
give you pains in your joints, cause headaches or exhaustion,
make you have loss of memory, or give you flu like symptoms
such as sore throat, dizziness, diarrhea, earache, nausea,
cough chest pain.
How Is Chronic Fatigue Diagnosed?
When a doctor tries to determine if you have something like
chronic fatigue disease, it is very difficult. Nothing can be
pin pointed when you have this disease. It can not be
benchmarked to show what path it takes. The doctor will make
you go through a series of blood tests and questions about
your life. By combining the tests and previous medical history
they rule out any other possible diseases. By process of
elimination, you are then diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue.
Is There Treatment For Chronic Fatigue Disease?
There is no specific treatment known cause, cure or treatment
for this illness for Chronic Fatigue Disease. The most common
treatment is that Therapies that help people to relax and
improve coping skills. Please note adding food and herbal

and with your physician's and pharmacist's knowledge to
prevent undesirable side effects. Be sure to mention AMP

energy, fatigue, cognitive problems and sleeplessness create
the need for revisions in daily living routines. These can
include changes in diet; exercise modifications; alterations
in activities of daily living according to one's energy level;
and sleep/rest management. All may require the assistance of
professional clinicians, such as a dietitian, physical and/or
occupational therapist, mental health professional and sleep
therapist. Keeping an open mind and speaking candidly with a
health care provider is important to any treatment plan.
What Can Trigger Chronic Fatigue Syndrome?
Chronic Fatigue Syndrome can be triggered by a variety of
different things. Studies have shown that when the immune
system is low the body is more reluctant to get an infection,
and when your body gets it infection this enhances your chance
of triggering chronic fatigue. Anything that has to do with
how your body's system to protect itself can cause this
disease. Nutrient deficiencies, Food sensitivities, and Stress
are all factors that have been found to cause Chronic Fatigue.
Inflammation can also trigger this. When you become inflamed
it is because your body has to much nitric Oxide inside of
you. The cycle from here on can cause Chronic Fatigue.
